A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Katalyst and Agri-business marketing department of Bangladesh Agricultural University.
With a key objective of the signing is to capacity development of the faculty members and enrich the course curriculum of agri-business and marketing. The areas of collaboration include, need assessment study, design and develop enriched content and better course curriculum. Furthermore, they will work together to identify opportunities to facilitate strengthening industry-academia linkages.
Then, Katalyst plans to organize workshop, seminar and trainings for the faculty members and students to build their capacities in regard to agri-business sector.
Prof. Dr. Md. Rafiqul Hoque, Vice-Chancellor, from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Prof. Paresh Chandra Modak, Dean, Dept. of agri-business and marketing and Mr. Nasir Uddin, Head of Capitalization, Communications and External Relations, from Katalyst were present at the signing ceremony.
